Procurement of a capillary sequencer

The detailed description of the product to be purchased is contained in the Technical Description issued as part of the Public Procurement Documentation. The tenderer draws attention to the 321/2015. (X.30.) to the provisions of § 46, paragraph (3) of the Government Decree.

The purpose of the purchase is to expand the equipment park, geneestablishment of a tika sequencing laboratory. This makes it possible to carry out metagenomic and other DNA-based studies. In order to achieve this goal, it is essential to acquire an analyzer equipment suitable for sequencing DNA samples and performing taxonomic studies, which is able to identify a specific DNA fragmentmens nucleotide order.

Detailed requirements related to the device to be delivered:

• It should be suitable for testing Sanger sequencing reaction products for the purpose of determining the nucleic acid sequence

o upper limit of the application range: at least 300 base pairs

• It should be suitable for DNA frfor size determination

o resolving power in the range below 400 base pairs: 1 base pair level or better

o upper limit of the application range: at least 120 base pairs

• Number of capillaries: at least 4

• Capillary length: 36 cm

• Sample holder: 8-tube strip or 96 sample plates

• Detection:laser light source for fluorescent excitation

• Number of simultaneously detected fluorescence channels: at least 4 (4 fluorescent dyes)

• Software functions:

o equipment control

o data collection

o evaluation of measurement results

o determination of nucleotide order

o instrument and consumables monitoring
