Tender Details

The object of the procurement is a call button service for the library's customer service for the city of Vantaa in accordance with the tender documents. A more detailed description of the object of the procurement can be found in appendix 2.1 Description of the object, appendix 2.2 Definition of requirements and appendix 2.2.1 Use cases. The procurement unit undertakes to acquire the service for use at the following locations: - Jumbo (in 2026), - Myyrmäki (according to a preliminary estimate in 2027) and - Mosaiikki (according to a preliminary estimate in 2028). The procurement includes an option procurement of the call button service to other offices of the Subscriber (six (6) offices). The customer decides separately on the implementation of options per location. The procurement seeks one (1) SaaS service provider with overall responsibility. Procurement is applied ready-made solution. The overall service must include the necessary user interfaces, programs, hardware, backup software, licenses and maintenance and support services in accordance with the draft contract in Appendix B of the request for tenders (Main contract for the call button service delivery and maintenance as a software service with attachments). The main contract is valid for a limited period of two (2) years from the last signature of the contract, after which it continues to be valid until further notice. the service must be available in accordance with the schedule requirement presented in the Requirements Specification (appendix 2.2), unless otherwise stated in the Requirements Specification for an individual requirement.
