Tender Details

The business results unit of the city of Espoo is asking for offers for a business information service for the use of the business and employment activities of the city of Espoo. The city of Espoo selects one (1) supplier, with whom it enters into a procurement contract. The agreement is made for an indefinite period. The agreement does not include volume purchase obligation and does not give the supplier the exclusive right to sell the Service to the city of Espoo. The company data of the procured service is used in Espoo in two ways: 1) in the Company CRM of the city of Espoo, Espoo's company customer management system (hereafter Company CRM) is a Microsoft Power Platform platform implemented model-driven app. Yritys CRM promotes transparency in the management of customer companies and promotes a unified way of operating, e.g. in contacting the business customer and following up the customer. We want to connect up-to-date business customer data to the system must be connected to Company CRM, so that it forms the basis for company information and is updated with a sufficiently frequent frequency, e.g. weekly. The data warehouse of the system is Microsoft Dataverse. 2) Using a browser-based service, experts using business customer data also use a service provider web interface for searching and prospecting companies and contacts.
