Acquisition of builder's representative - Part 1 qualification phase The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an ongoing service agreement with one supplier that covers the Client's needs for professional areas of building owner's representative. The supplier must offer one person to act as builder's representative in connection with the implementation of the below-mentioned project. The project concerns the restoration of the building at the address Calmeyers gate 15B. The aim is to return it as much as possible to its original state, at the same time as the entire building be arranged for the museum's purposes. Estimated value of the building project itself is NOK 40 million excl. VAT and reserves. A planning group has already been engaged and has drawn up a preliminary project with cost estimates that show the necessary reconstruction work to return the building to its original condition and design as much as possible. A framework permit has been applied for. Demolition work (non-bearing structures) will be carried out in early autumn 2026. The rest of the construction project is planned carried out as one turnkey project, with a planned start at the end of 2026/early 2027. The construction time is estimated at approx. 1 year. The client wants the Builder's Representative to be actively involved in the preparation of the tender documents for the total contract, together with the designer and project manager.
