Acquisition of belts The purpose of the procurement The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for belts within the following sub-area: Sub-area 1 - BELT, GALLA, GOLD/SILVER, ARMY and BELT, PARADE, GOLD/SILVER, AIR BELT, LACQUER, ARMY/AIR BELT, PARADE, SABER PENDANT, SJØ Part area 2 -BELTE, PARADE, SCARF, OF, HMKG BELT, PARADE, WEB, WHITE, SJØ TROUSERS HARNESS, WHITE, F.BUTTONS, ALL Both sub-areas also have two (2) service elements, one for the development of new products corresponding to those in the product portfolio, and one for the development of product drawings, as shown by the price items in Appendix D Price Matrix. 'Value and duration of the procurement The two sub-areas/sub-contracts of the procurement have a total estimated value of NOK 13, 500, 000 excl. VAT and has a total maximum withdrawal of NOK 16, 500, 000 excl. VAT This is distributed between the sub-areas as follows: The estimated value for sub-area 1 amounts to NOK 10, 500, 000 excl. VAT, and the maximum withdrawal is NOK 12, 900, 000 excl. VAT The estimated value for sub-area 2 amounts to NOK 3, 000, 000 excl. VAT, and the maximum withdrawal is NOK 3, 600, 000 excl. VAT. The estimate is made on the basis of historical figures and/or expected future use at the Client's best judgement.
