Tender Details

The National Museum Agency / National Museum ("Procurement Unit") is acquiring an AV system ("AV System") for the National Museum of Finland to manage the National Museum's audiovisual technology. In addition to AV-System, the acquisition target includes Delivery of the AV system, work and guarantees related to installation and delivery. The object of the procurement is described in more detail below in this call for tenders and in its attachments. In the schedule, it must be noted that the installation of the AV system will be done during the construction contract. For the reason mentioned above, the Procurement Unit reserves the right to change the schedule of the dates presented in the request for tenders. The delivery and installation work of the AV system can be started on June 5, 2026 at the earliest. The implementation must be completed by September 2026 at the latest. The exact date of completion will be agreed with the Procurement Unit. The Procurement Unit emphasizes that it is recommended to complete the implementation as early as possible, because the construction of the exhibition will begin in the space. The earlier the installation is carried out, the more the space has working space and flexibility for the implementation.
