Under the impetus of coordinated planning at the regional, cantonal and agglomeration levels, the m2-m3 automatic metro development program (m2-m3 Program) was launched in order to meet two major strategic objectives: * Strengthen transport capacity between the train station Lausanne and the city center, in order to meet the demand generated by the increase in rail supply at Lausanne station; * Ensure service and connection of the Plaines-du-Loup and Tuiliere sectors with the city center of Lausanne, as well as with multimodal exchange hubs from Lausanne station and the Chauderon site. The program concerns the development of the Lausanne automatic metro network and includes in particular: * The extension and adaptation of civil engineering infrastructure; * The creation of a new m3 metro line; This is a market of supplies and services, relating to: * The acquisition of automatic metro trains on tires controlled in GoA4, * The integration of automation and the passenger information system (audio-visual communication), * Optionally, a technical assistance contract.
