This procurement is divided into two (2) different areas. Bidders may, at their own discretion, leave their bids in either or both sub-areas. See appendix: "Description of the object of procurement". Subarea 1: Atlassia licenses and application support: The object of the acquisition is the Cloud licenses of Atlassia's software and the related support services. Istekki Oy already uses Atlassian Cloud organizations, and this acquisition concerns the reacquisition of existing organizations as well as ensuring continuity. Atlassian organizations are a key part of Istekki's daily operations and digital work. Istekki uses Atlassian's Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket tools, for example:• to support tasks and work management• strategy work in implementation and monitoring• in the management of roadmaps and development entities• in information sharing and cooperation• in documentation and guidancePart area 2: Development and other expert work: Expert services can include, among other things The tactics of customer-specific utilization of Atlassian software as well as strategic planning, development, consulting, configuration and editing, deployments and training are always agreed upon separately. the sub-area-specific requirements are described in detail in this request for tenders and its attachments.
