INVITATION TO BID FOR ACQUISITION AND PURCHASE OF GO BAGS
1) The Barangay Government of Barangay Sabang, Lipa City, through the BDRRMF Barangay Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 300, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition and Purchase of GO Bags with Project Identification Number 2026-08-214
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Government of Barangay Sabang, Lipa City now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required August 28, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
