Published on: 2026-04-08 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-05-29 Purpose: This consultation is established on behalf of the ENSAE-ENSAI Group, its purpose is the supply and associated services: • subscriptions annuals to scientific or general interest periodicals - on all media - published in France and abroad for the needs of the ENSAE-ENSAI Group • isolated issues of periodicals in paper version, • paper works published in France and abroad abroad The services are divided into 2 lots, awarded by separate contract: • Lot No. 1 Supply of subscriptions to multi-media periodicals (online and/or paper) subscriptions, on all media, to newspapers, magazines and periodicals. All the multi-user electronic/online access could be multi-site (e.g. by IP recognition). • Lot n°2 Supply of paper works published in France and abroad Each lot will result in the award of a contract. These are framework agreements single-awardees executable by issuing purchase orders as and when required in application of article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
