This contract is established on behalf of the ENSAE-ENSAI Group, its purpose is the supply and associated services: • annual subscriptions to scientific or general interest periodicals - on all media - published in France and abroad for the needs of the ENSAE-ENSAI Group • isolated issues of periodicals in paper version, • paper works published in France and abroad Place(s) of execution: • ENSAI Library, 51 rue Blaise Pascal BP 37203; Bruz (35) • ENSAE PARIS, 5, avenue Henry Le Chatelier, Palaiseau (91); • CREST, 5, avenue Henry Le Chatelier, Palaiseau (91); • ENSAE-ENSAI Training Center (CEPE), 21 rue Camille Desmoulin Issy les Moulineaux (92); The services are divided into 2 lots, awarded by separate market: • Lot No. 1 Supply of subscriptions to multi-media periodicals (online and/or paper) subscriptions, on all media, to newspapers, magazines and periodicals. All multi-user electronic/online access may be supported multi-site (e.g. by IP recognition). • Lot n°2 Supply of paper works published in France and abroad Each lot will result in the award of a contract. These are single-award framework agreements executable by issuing purchase orders as and when required in application of article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code. Candidates can bid for one or all lots.
