Tender Details

Acquisition and maintenance of a liquid chromatography coupled to a tandem mass spectrometer (LCMSMS) The purpose of the contract is the supply, delivery and installation of liquid chromatography coupled to a tandem mass spectrometer (LCMSMS) for the Departmental Analysis and Research Laboratory of Haute Vienne (LDAR87). The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The validity period for offers is set at 6 months from the deadline for receipt of offers. Candidates are required to make a proposal for the following possible additional services : 1 year warranty extension and 1 year maintenance contract. The absence of these services in the candidate's offer will render it irregular and require its rejection. Analytical performance tests are mandatory (see article 2.3 of the CCTP).
