Acquisition and installation of a high -flow X -ray diffusion instrument
Purpose: This consultation is the purpose of the supply, delivery, installation in the laboratory, commissioning, training and guarantee of the device (GI) -Saxs/ (GI) -waxs high flow. The system (GI) -SAXS/ (GI) -waxs high flow is intended to complete the current equipment of GI-SAXS/SAXS-Waxs of the ICMN. It will be devoted to the realization of X -ray diffusion experiments with small angles and large angles in transmission mode (saxs/waxs) and in grazing incidence mode (gisaxs/giwaxs) in controlled environments (temperature, atmosphere) for the needs of in situ experiencesor Operando. The equipment must therefore have a sufficiently high incident flow to allow usable acquisitions with acquisition durations of a few minutes.
