This contract includes on the one hand, a fixed part corresponding to the supply and deployment of the reprography software, training and start-up assistance (POSTE 1), on the other hand, a part in framework agreement with purchase orders single-awardee for interventions, acquisition of licenses and additional training, as well as maintenance (POSTE 2) in accordance with articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R2162-3 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, with the following annual amounts for the purchase order part: No minimum / 45, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. No mandatory additional service. Neither variations required, nor variations authorized. The duration of the contract is set at one year, from its date of notification to the holder. However, it could possibly be renewed three times a year, tacitly. Conditions of participation, candidate selection criteria and execution conditions indicated in the consultation file. There estimated value indicated in this notice relates only to the purchase order part of the contract and the maximum amount over the entire duration of the contract. The contract includes a reconsideration clause.
