1. The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the General Fund (1011-CO) component of the SB approved Municipal Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventy six and 53/100 Pesos (Php2, 999, 576.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Acquisition and Construction/Installation of Street/Solar Lights in Rawis (wharf), Barangay Rawis, Laoang N. Samar with Project Description (Installation of 29 sets Solar Powered Street Light) / ITB- LNS 6-2026-INFRA-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
