Surface coating requirements: A. The technology must inertly create a carbon nano layer on the inside of 10 L, 20 L and 30 L PET containers • Coated containers have an integrated handle and two holes for installing valves; B. The technology must • optimize the homogeneity of the inner layer; • optimize the oxygen barrier according to the parameters listed below: - Standard packages (KEGs) have wall permeability for oxygen when measured on the Systech Oxysens (independent measurement) apparatus a value of 220 x 10-3 cc/ day/ 10 L keg; - The permeability of the wall for oxygen after the application of a nano layer by plasma coating technology is required with a maximum value of 30 x 10-3 cc/ day/ 10 L keg. C. Coating speed (line speed) - 90 pieces per hour and more. D. Fully automatic operation - this means that the packaging (keg) is transported by conveyor to the technology and after application in the technology reactor leaves the line again on the conveyor.
