The acquisition includes expert services related to the AWS public cloud service. The object of the procurement and the related requirements are described in detail in this request for tender and its appendices. The customer chooses one (1) the supplier with whom it contracts. Only Istekki Oy must use the procurement contract, and only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier are parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not this contracting parties of the tender or the procurement contract based on it.
