Acquisition of accessories for rail drilling machines Creation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) in the subject "Purchase of accessories for rail drilling machines". The tenderer (hereafter: AK) within the scope of the subject DBR - among others, but not exclusively - is the following wants to purchase (buy) products in the category of parts and accessories for rail drilling machines. Estimated value: CXLIII of 2015 on public procurement. Act (hereinafter: Kbt.) on the basis of Section 18, Paragraph (2) during the entire duration of the DBR the highest estimated total value of the contracts to be concluded, i.e. HUF 160, 000, 000 net. AK draws attention to the fact that the creation of the DBR does not mean for AK a full drawdown obligation for this total value. Quantity: procured within the framework of the DBR the number of products cannot be precisely determined in advance at this stage of the procedure due to their diversity. Based on the experience of the previous period, the calculated quantity based on this estimated highest total net value is approximately 73 different product. The quantity actually purchased may differ from this calculated/approximate data. The quantities of the individual products, the expected technical parameters and the detailed contractual conditions for bidding after the end of the participation phase are determined in section(s), during which AK determines the value of the specific public procurement by specifying an optional part if necessary.
