Products or services: Protective footwear against hazardous materials 1. The Aconcagua Health Service requires the acquisition of 57 pairs of boots for officials belonging to SAMU Aconcagua. 2. The Purchase Application NO20 dated 04/17/2026, Office of Parts NO242 dated 04/22/2026 (Internal NO249), presented by the requester of SAMU Aconcagua, was duly approved and authorized by the Head (S) SAMU Aconcagua, the Deputy Director of Assistance Management, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Finance Department, who support the Acquisition. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations on public procurement, the Electronic Catalog of the Framework Agreement, Circular Economy was reviewed and it was found that the product(s) and/or service(s) required are not available in said catalog. 4. That, according to what is established in the regulations, the State administration bodies must award the contracts concluded for the acquisition of product(s) or contracting of service(s) through public bidding, when the Framework Agreement mechanism is not appropriate, or, exceptionally, through public bidding, direct treatment or other special contracting procedure; 5.
