1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF Continuing Appropriations CY2024 (Supplemental Budget No. 10 CY2024) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 8, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Acquisition of 3 units MOTORCYLE FIRST RESPONDER, customized & equipped with Medical Equipment, Instruments & Supplies to increase the capacity of the CDRRMO in terms of emergency/disaster preparedness and response operations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
