ACQUISITION OF 1- UNIT BACKHOE LOADER LGU-GENERAL LUNA, QUEZON
1. The Municipality of General Luna, through the 20% MDF 2026 Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ACQUISITION OF 1- UNIT BACKHOE LOADER under GLQ- 2026-10 Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF GENERAL LUNA now invites bids for the ACQUISITION OF 1- UNIT BACKHOE LOADER. Delivery of the Goods is FORTY-FIVE (45) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
