Acquisition - New garden waste reception, 2025 The purpose of this procurement is for Attvin to establish a new solution for the collection of garden waste at its facility at the Bingsa waste facility. Today's reception for garden waste has too little capacity, and has its own entrance and exit exit at the same place. The existing solution creates traffic problems on the county road when it is the season to get rid of the garden waste. In the new area, the customer will be able to drive onto an existing exit, and turn into the garden waste area there the customer identifies himself with an ID card. After the garden waste has been disposed of, the customer can continue in the same direction and take another existing exit. Garden waste that is thrown over an edge to be processed will be collected together and bagged drive away in Attvin's ordinary opening hours. The solution described is for household customers and another solution will be created for business customers. Attvin has the option for the garden waste solution to have other opening hours as this does not need its own staffing. Opening hours from 07:00 to 21:00, also on public holidays, are discussed. This will give the customer a completely different flexibility than they have today. The area between Fylkesveg and the new garden waste collection point will have a 2 meter fence as inside such facilities satisfies the requirement from the State Administrator.
