Acquisition - Fire station, 2026 The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one supplier for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new fire station at Lerstadveien 525 in Ålesund (formerly Bertel O. Steen). The project includes partly new construction and partly rehabilitation and reuse of existing buildings. A new exit for emergency vehicles will be established. The overall contract will include several subject areas. Start-up of the contract is planned for autumn 2026, provided that the award and contract signing, cf. Part 0, section 2.1.3. Construction is scheduled to start in week 8 2027, with completion in week 49 2028.
