The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a supplier who will carry out the demolition and removal of existing buildings on the properties Gbnr. 45/334 and Gbnr. 45/52. The work consists of: • Demolition of terraced houses consisting of 13 apartments, previously used as holiday homes for rent. • Demolition of older cottage • Removal of concrete plinth to said terraced house. •Removal of concrete plinths for 2 cabins. •Removal of foundations for an older cabin. •Planning of the area after removal of concrete plinths and foundations. The assignment is to be carried out as a turnkey contract and will be regulated by NS 8407 with the attached contract provisions. Planned start-up is as soon as possible after contract signing. The work must be completed by week 50 2026.
