Laboratory tests of specific acoustic insulation against airborne sounds for building partitions made of silicate, including the construction, seasoning and disassembly of ETICS insulation systems in various variants. 1. Subject of the order and scope of work: The subject of the order is the comprehensive preparation of test stands, assembly and disassembly of ETICS systems and conducting laboratory acoustic tests. The work is divided into two main stages carried out in the Contractor's laboratory. Part 1: Preparation of the test stand and installation of systems. Preparatory and assembly works will be carried out on two independent load-bearing walls made of silicate blocks with an area of approx. 10 m² each: Wall No. 1: Wall made of silicate elements. 18 cm (e.g. Silka E18), plastered on one side with internal gypsum plaster. Wall No. 2: Wall made of silicate elements. 24 cm (e.g. Silka E24 Light), plastered on one side with internal gypsum plaster. On the above walls, on the non-plastered side, individual variants of ETICS insulation should be successively installed and dismantled (a total of 5 test variants + 2 reference tests of walls without ETICS). Variants of systems to be tested (a total of 7 configurations): Wall No. 1 (Silka 18 cm): Reference test: Wall without ETICS system. Variant A: ETICS system with polystyrene boards as thermal insulation. Variant B: ETICS system with mineral wool as thermal insulation, glued using the full method. Variant C: ETICS system with wool mineral wool as thermal insulation, glued using the perimeter-point method. Wall no. 2 (Silka 24 cm): Reference test: Wall without the ETICS system.
