ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines foreseen according to the article72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for eachDay of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The specifications and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog.OBSERVATIONS: The contribution must be sent to this IHSS Office of Specialties Hospital Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in theprocess.
