Tender Details

3.1. The subject of the order is: 1) delivery and implementation of ERP software with a DMS and Workflow system fully compatible with the enova365 HR module owned by the Ordering Party; 2) Delivery and commissioning of the necessary hardware infrastructure, i.e. server, barcode printers, readers used to run the full functionality of the software. As part of this task, the Contractor will use the possibility of server virtualization and launch at least 2 virtual servers under the provided licenses; 3) Supply of ERP system licenses, workflow, DMS, operating system licenses access licenses, database licenses together with access licenses, if required. The provided database server licenses must allow the creation of unlimited database sizes: 4) Migration of accounting data from the Comarch ERP Optima system, owned by the Ordering Party, to the offered one software at least in the scope of: chart of accounts, opening balance on accounting accounts, contractors, fixed assets; 5) training of staff on how to use the system at the Ordering Party's headquarters. 3.2.
