The Customer makes the final calculation in the amount of 80% of the cost (price) of the Services of this Agreement, within 5 (five) calendar days from the date the Customer signs the Act of services provided and the Customer receives the payment invoice from the Contractor, but in any case after the Customer receives all documentation from the Contractor based on the results of the audit services provided.
