Account management and provision of overdrafts
Account management and overdraft facility for DRV Zrt. The subject of the public procurement procedure is detailed in field BT-24 of the invitation to participate. Processing the invoices of the Dunántúli Regionalis Vízmű Zrt., carrying out transactions related to payment invoices and providing the overdraft facility necessary for operation to deal with liquidity problems. In this context, the account management of the Bidder and the provision of an overdraft in the amount of HUF 3, 000, 000, 000, i.e. three billion forints, for the purpose of general corporate financing. In order to achieve this, the Bidder must provide the following services to the Bidder until the end of the contract in terms of payment account management tasks: 1. funds management and processing of account transactions (account management); 2. management of postal money transfer orders; 3. starting and crediting a direct debit; 4. group transfer; 5. cash deposits and withdrawals; 6. provision of bank card acceptance activities.; In order to achieve this, the Bidder must provide the following services to the Bidder until the end of the contract.
