Description of the service: The object of this contract is the provision of the accompanying service for minor users of the school transport service in the educational centers of the municipality, which are the following: • Preschool and Primary School The Cucurull, at Carrer Joan Carles I, 17. Salvador Espriu Elementary and Primary School, at Carrer de la Font, 3. Roda de Berà Institute, at Carrer de la Font, 3. To make school transport effective, you must have a service to accompany minors from from the points of origin to the educational centers in the municipality of Roda de Berà, and return from the centers to the points of origin, in accordance with the calendar, timetables and corresponding routes, which have been defined in the Technical Specifications drawn up for this purpose and which is included in the file. In any case, the accompanying service also includes the reception time at the school centers, understood as the waiting periods of the students from the arrival of the bus to the start of school hours and from the end of school hours until the students get on the corresponding bus. Likewise, the service includes, within the total number of hours, the time necessary for the coordination of the service and for the holding of meetings between the company staff and Roda de Berà City Council.
