Tender Details

In the context of planning the Lucerne passage station, central questions of urban development around the station must be discussed with the partners concerned within the framework of an appropriate process and recorded in a "masterplan". The mandate includes both supporting the process and the progressive development of the final product, the "masterplan", in the sense of a non -formal planning instrument. An interdisciplinary treatment of mobility, urban development/town planning, free space and social space is expected. We are looking for planning offices or planning groups that have the experience of complex planning processes in the context of major infrastructure projects, which are familiar with Swiss particularities and which have skills for thematic and methodological driving of 'A large regional planning project.
