ACCOMMODATION and CONFERENCE PACKAGE including Transportation for the Integrated Planning on Incident Command System Training Course for CDRRMC Member Agencies

1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRM FUND CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 775, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the ACCOMMODATION and CONFERENCE PACKAGE including Transportation for the Integrated Planning on Incident Command System Training Course for CDRRMC Member Agencies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within the Activity Date.
