The subject of the contract is the insurance of damage to railway vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "RKV") pursuant to Act no. 39/2015 Coll. on Insurance and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Insurance") defined in these tender documents. The contracting authority enters an over -limitcivilian order for the provision of services, not usually available on the market for the claims of ŽKV, which are:
a) driving rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "HKV"),
b) passenger cars (hereinafter referred to as "OV"),
