The subject of this public order is the conclusion of a Framework Purchase Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "contract") with one supplier for the supply of accessories and consumables (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the Corpuls3 and Corpuls3 SLIM defibrillators, which are currently used by the contracting authority when providing pre-hospital emergency care. More detailed information on the subject of public procurement is given in Appendix No. 4 ZD. As this is a medical device for which the client requires consumables and accessories to be supplied, it is necessary only supply new goods that ensure full compatibility with the existing Corpuls3 and Corpuls3 SLIM device. The supplier shall indicate in Appendix No. 5 ZD the designation (name) of the individual items of goods, which will subsequently be indicated for better identification of the goods in the partial order. If references to individual trade names are given in the technical specification, a special designation of companies or products, useful types, performances or business materials that are characteristic of a certain company or organizational unit allows the client also uses other, technical and qualitatively identical or better solutions, which, however, must fully meet the client's requirements for guaranteed compatibility with the existing Corpuls3 and Corpuls3 SLIM device and the client's equipment for which it is consumable material and accessories for the device intended.
