The purpose of this contract is to modernize and replace 12 devices equipping the following residential buildings of SEM DRANCY DEMAIN: - Résidence Parc at 1/2/3/4/5, Place Marcel Paul in DRANCY; - the EMILE ZOLA Residence at 24/26/28/30, rue Raymond Lefevre in DRANCY; - the Résidence Bois Groslay at 8 rue du Bois de Groslay in DRANCY; - the Résidence Haute Borne at 33 rue Roger Petieu in DRANCY. The consultation took place following an adapted open procedure with the possibility of freely defined negotiation. by the buyer, in application of articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-4 of the public procurement code.
