This proposed option also encompasses mechanical and electrical upgrades. Additionally, the scope will comprehensively address all external elements of the building's public facilities that currently fall short of full compliance with the standards and specifications outlined in CSA(B651-23) and the National Building Code (NBC). The proposed upgrade is all-encompassing and pertains to every facet of the building.
