Access to Work forms part of the DWP's strategic goals to lower unemployment and remove barriers to work. The Holistic Assessment is a critical part of the Access to Work claim. The Holistic Assessments are used since 2011 where it is unclear how a customer's condition affects how they could do their job, not to diagnose disabilities/health conditions.
