Internal MINIMUM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SOFTWARE FOR DATA ANALYSIS FOR THE INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT OF THE HONDURIAN INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SECURITY (IHSS)" 1. Access and Data integration 1.1 The software must allow connection to multiple data sources, natively or through enterprise connectivity standards, including at a minimum: Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA, Access, Excel files, CSV, TXT, DBF and others compatible sources using ODBC and/or JDBC. 1.2 The solution must allow the import, reading, consultation and processing of data from transactional systems, relational databases, flat files, spreadsheets, APIs and repositories structured or semi-structured. 1.3 It must allow the consolidation, transformation, purification and standardization of data from multiple sources, generating homogeneous outputs for analysis and audit purposes. 1.4 It must support relationships between multiple data sets, including crossovers, joins, merges, appends, lookups and logical modeling between tables. 1.5 You must record basic metadata of the origin of the data used in each analysis, including source, extraction date, user, structure and processing traceability. 1.6 It will be valued that the solution incorporates data traceability capabilities, in order to know the origin, transformations and destination of the information analyzed, as it is a recent trend...
