The subject of the order is to provide the Ordering Party with access to the legal information system after September 30, 2026, along with granting territorially unlimited licenses to use this Legal Information System. Detailed description of the subject of the order, incl including the requirements and conditions for its implementation were included in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). The Ordering Party, for the purposes of tasks falling within the competence of the Attorney General of the Republic of Poland, uses currently from two legal information systems: 1. Lex Legal Information System, to which the Ordering Party will gain access on the basis of the agreement concluded in part No. 1 of the subject of the order in the procedure No. KR.250.3.2026 for awarding an order for access to two systems legal information, where access to SIP Lex ends on April 22, 2027, and 2. Legalis Legal Information System, where access ends on September 30, 2026.
