SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTIONAccess Controls Security Maintenance System (SMS)PAN009215
INTRODUCTIONACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in and ability to provide unscheduled/emergency repairs and materials to maintain all components of the Access Controls Security Maintenance System (SMS) to be sustained in a fully operational state. Currently, there are approximately 253 card readers located in 23 buildings located at Tobyhanna Army Depot.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. It is anticipated that any award resulting from a solicitation would be a single-award, time and material/labor hour contract. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.
