Tender Details

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified Contractors to provide Access Control System Service, System Maintenance, and annual testing for a five year period. Annual Services shall be performed in accordance with applicable UL and NFPA Standard and shall include: 1) Monitoring Services to include 24 hour Electronic Monitoring of Security and Fire Detection Systems, Alarm Event Response, Security Openings and Closings, Alarm and Trouble Conditions, 2) Annual System Inspection, Test and Certification of
Security, Access Control, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems Equipment and Monitoring Systems
in Compliance with Applicable UL Standards, 3) Battery Load Test, Communicator Test, Program
and Software Test, Software Update, Telco Line Seizure Test, Audible Test, Reprogramming, and
Central Station Communications and Response Verifications as required, 4) Sensitivity Testing, alignment, adjustment, cleaning, functional test and verification of all electronic components, sensors, and controls, 5) Systems' Test, Inspection, and Certifications Report, and 6) On-site service response availability for standard business hours within 24 hours of notification to provide for
diagnosis of system malfunction and detailed description of repair services, repair or replacement of damage or defective equipment as required.
