Tender Details

The subject of the request for tenders is the service and maintenance service of the access control system of Paeaekaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliken Oy (KLOY) for a contract period of four (4) years and including two (2) one (1) year possible option periods.1. Metro stations, Helsinki and Espoo, a total of 25 (17 KLOY 8 Laensimetro Oy)

• Koskela depot

• Vallila depot

• Toeoeloe depot

• Ruskeasuo bus depot

3. KLOY control room building, Herttoniemi (HNV)

4. KLOY's ferry terminals:

• Suomenlinna

• Kauppatori

• Juniper spike

5. Paloheinae tunnel

6. OFF-line reader destinations (approx. 10 break rooms for bus drivers, toilets for tram drivers, etc.)

Options:

• Metro stations 5 pieces second phase of the Laensimetro (maintenance from 2027)

• Sammalvuori depot (maintenance from 2026)

• Ruskeasuo tram depot(maintenance from 2025 26)

• Jokeri tram depot Roihupelto (maintenance from 2024)

The locations are in Helsinki and Espoo.

The procurement includes three main service tasks:

1. Anticipatory and corrective maintenance of the access control system, as well as breakdown service

2. To the access control system and partsexpansion and modification works of the locking system due to changing cost management needs or, for example, in renovation and expansion projects of the related real estate mass.

3. At the beginning of the contract period, the batteries of the access control centers and the button batteries of the central units will all be serially replaced...
