Lot 1 - purchase quantity 4, 000 tons per year of liquid fermentation material Lot 2 - purchase quantity 10, 000 tons per year of liquid digestate Acceptance, transport and utilization of liquid fermentation material. When recycling biogenic waste in the fermentation plant, biogas and solid Fermentation also includes liquid fermentation. The latter is used for fertilization or Plant nutrition on agricultural land. The fermentation liquid should be directed by the provider to suitable agricultural businesses ben transported and up whose usable areas are distributed professionally. Biogas Zürich AG (BGZAG) operates at the Zurich-Werdhölzli site Fermentation plant with an annual capacity of up to 35, 000 tons of input material (biogenic waste), consisting of biowaste (= vegetable waste Garden waste + biogenic kitchen waste), garden waste, commercial food waste and others biogenic waste. When recycling biogenic waste in the fermentation plant, biogas and solid fermentation also liquid fermentation. The latter is used for Fertilization or Plant nutrition on agricultural land.
