Acceptance of biological waste - separately collected biodegradable waste with EWC codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01 (brown containers) The subject of the public procurement is the acceptance, removal and processing (R) of separately collected biodegradable waste with EWC codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01 (brown containers) (hereinafter: waste or biological waste) in accordance with valid permits. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months or until the maximum quantity of 4, 000 tons is reached, whichever comes first. Listed quantities are approximate and are not binding on the customer. In the technological process of processing separately collected biological waste in RCERO Ljubljana, there were problems and, as a result, a significantly reduced ability to process waste. Due to an emergency, it will be broadcast 3, 500 tons of biological waste were carried out within 3 months from the conclusion of the framework agreement, and the remaining 500 tons are expected to be carried out successively until the end of the validity of the agreement.
