Transfer station Landfills The subject of the contract is the acceptance of waste and the use or removal of waste at facilities intended for waste management - transfer stations, landfills (hereinafter also referred to as "facilities"), in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act"), other generally binding legal regulations and operating regulations of individual facilities. The subject of the performance of Part I of the public contract is the provision of services for taking over and ensuring the removal or utilization of Waste at transfer stations, in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act"), other legal regulations and operating regulations of individual facilities.
