1. The subject of the order is to accelerate the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care in SPZZOZ in Wyszków Part No. 1 Package No. 2 - Delivery of computer hardware, software and related services cybersecurity Described in detail in Annex 2.2 and Annex 2.2 A and Annex 2.2B The task includes the delivery of hardware infrastructure and software. 2. The contractor will ensure that persons participating in the execution of the order will be able to communicate effectively with the Ordering Party in Polish, in particular regarding current arrangements and documentation related to the implementation of the contract. 3. Terms of delivery and payment described in detail in Annex 5.1 and 5.2 Designed provisions contracts 1) Place of delivery: SPZZOZ in Wyszków ul. KEN 1 07-200 Wyszków 2) The Contractor provides transport and unloading at his own expense and risk 3) The invoice payment deadline is 60 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Ordering Party.
