Tender Details

1. The subject of the tender procedure is the expansion and integration of IT systems in the Nowodworski Medical Center in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, aimed at fully adapting the facility to the applicable legal provisions in the field of electronic medical documentation (EDM), digitization of medical documentation important from the point of view of treatment and prevention - Integration with CeZ, the implementation of the order is co-financed under the project entitled: "Accelerating digital transformation processes through further development of digital services in the Nowodworski Medical Center in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki" as part of the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan - component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" which is an element of Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care. 2. The scope of the subject matter has been described in detail in the annexes to this SWZ: Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - Annex No. 2 to SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for the subject of the order corresponds to the guidelines specified in the "Description of the Subject Matter of the Order" (OPZ) - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The warranty period starts from date of signing the acceptance report of the subject of the order. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order meets the requirements specified in applicable Polish law and European Union law...
