The subject of the order is to accelerate the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care at the Specialist Hospital. J. K. Łukowicz in Chojnice, specified in detail in the Description of the Subject Orders (OPZ)/Assortment and price form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and Technical parameters form - Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Task No. 1 - Expansion of the Hospital Information System (HIS) and purchase of domain systems for the Laboratory Transfusion Immunology (Serology) and Blood Bank as part of the project entitled "Implementation of e-services at the J. K. Łukowicz Specialist Hospital in Chojnice" The subject of the order is the expansion of the HIS system, implementation and launch of specialized ones IT systems and modules supporting the Ordering Party's medical activities in the areas of laboratory diagnostics, blood bank, along with the necessary licenses, configuration, integration with external and internal systems, user training and administrators and ensuring author's supervision. The order includes in particular the implementation of solutions dedicated to the serology laboratory and blood bank, integration with national e-Health systems, including the P1 platform and the e-Krew system, integration with diagnostic equipment used by the Ordering Party, as well as the delivery and launch of modules supporting the maintenance of medical records, medical registers and clinical processes in accordance with applicable...
