1. The subject of the tender procedure is a delivery co-financed under the project entitled: "Accelerating digital transformation processes through further development of digital services in the Nowodworskie Medical Center in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki" as part of National Recovery and Resilience Plan - component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" which is an element of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of services digital in health care". The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts, i.e.: ◦ Package No. 1 - Delivery/expansion and integration of the Ordering Party's IT systems, Digitization of medical records ◦ Package No. 2 - Delivery and modernization the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure and activities increasing the level of cybersecurity of the hospital ◦ Package No. 3 - Implementation of AI solutions and connection to the central medical data repository - integration with PUI AI for the HIS, PACS system 2. Scope The subject matter has been described in detail in the annexes to this SWZ, "Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - Annex No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and in the contract templates - Annex No. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3. 3.
