Description
System Matrix Relay will provide 1553B bus infrastructure automation that will replace a manual patch panel with automated switching. The Tactical Data Link Interoperability Center will include over 35 1553B capable systems which currently have to manual patched and manipulated to create 1553B bus connections to support the Air Force Participating Test Unit tactical communications testing efforts. Automated switching and 1553B bus creation will decrease setup time, reduce confusion and decrease training requirements associated with complicated bus configurations. This is a single product purchase with 2 year warranty.
